Welcome to EZ Micro
Welcome Jerry!
By: Lisa Buss

EZ Micro has had a very rewarding 2016, bringing on new customers and watching our existing clients bear fruit in their businesses. We are so excited to bring in 2017 by welcoming the newest addition to the EZ Micro family: Jerry Lack. Jerry Joined us in the middle of February as Director of Sales and will be helping EZ Micro originate new relationships with organizations and businesses in the Lehigh Valley. Before joining EZ Micro, Jerry founded a successful Managed IT Practice that he operated for 18 years and then sold. Jerry is passionate about helping organizations and businesses become more efficient. On a day-to-day basis, Jerry can be found offering insightful consulting to our clients and prospects and is well equipped to help organizations align their technology needs with business requirements.

A few interesting facts about Jerry in his own words:

"I've known Dave (EZ Micro's CEO) for many years and am so happy to become a part of the team here. I have great passion for Technology in its original forms from the Guttenberg Press to what came to be known as the Industrial Arts during the industrial revolution. A good definition of technology I have come across is "The Science of Craft." When it comes down to it, I view Technology as the Study of Technique. Business Technology doesn't have to be what we've grown to know as "High Tech." Put in other words, technology ultimately exists, or should exist in my opinion, to increase efficiency and lower cost for a person, organization or business. If you look at technology's opportunity from this perspective you come to understand that the lowest cost, most efficient technique or system can be a pencil and paper or a very elaborate computer network. If you think about it, the new factory worker is the information worker. The new factory floor, is the desktop. We can measure mouse clicks and footsteps like the original time and motions specialists measured workflow in the physical factories and come up with opportunities to save time and money in our respective organizations while improving an organization's customer experience. Today's technology opportunities to become more efficient comes largely from the ability for our information workers to participate in a parallel workflow environment instead of what was formerly a linear workflow environment. The benefits are powerful for an organization.

When I am not helping businesses align their IT Needs with their Workflow, I am craving to be outdoors. Running, Cycling, Skiing and Hiking. I have a great passion for my close relationships in life and creating new meaningful ones... Longtime friends and family and keeping those relationships current and relevant."

Please take a minute to reach out to Jerry and welcome him to EZ Micro Solutions.

The name shamrock comes from Irish seamróg which is the diminutive of the Irish word for clover (seamair) and means simply "little clover" or "young clover".
